• Material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation;

• Material that promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

• Material that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
